Mission: Tuniskills will Establish channels of communication with health institutions in the Gulf countries to get to know their needs of manpower , to make them know better the Tunisian professional capabilities and to conducttraining programs in the areas of human resource development, health sciences and the development ofprofessional skills as well as providing professional advice and high quality consultation according to the international standards recognized in the spirit of highly competitive and shine and creativity.

Objectives:

To explore employment opportunities in the Gulf countries and communicate with health institutions to recruit and attract frames qualifications and experience with the skills required.

Identify training needs and development according to the methodology of scientific and objective.

Contribute to the achievement of strategic objectives in accordance with the national agenda to contribute to improving the quality of health services in Tunisia.

Providing training programs in various fields, and special mention of the English language, professional skills, communication and all that would help to integrate vocational, cultural and social in the Gulf countries.

Assist health staff on the ability to compete and win the bet quality, safety and coping with the work environment to keep pace with developments abroad and to anticipate changes and the ability to innovate.

Encourage and support staff to improve their performance and increase their productivity and aspiration to achieve excellence.

Develop and implement professional development programs in the field of professional development in the health sector and the various segments (doctors, nurses, technicians .........)

Provide training programs with contractual companies and relevant institutions and implementation of all existence and mastery.

Give the Tunisian health institutions the ability to provide additive.

Identify training needs and development according to the methodology of scientific and objective.

Consistency with international standards in the areas of vocational training, skills development, safety and the adoption of quality.
